2005 Hyuandai Santa Fe wont start

My 2005 Hyuandai Santa Fe V6 3.5 liter engine
needs an alternator but i was still driving it when
absolutely necessary running on battery power
only. I charged the battery over night all night. Put
it back in the truck this morning and nothing.
Wont start and no dash lights no click....nothing.
Please advise

If you drove on battery power only, then you damaged the battery to the point where it won't accept a charge no matter how long you charge it.
