I just bought an Audi A4 Quatro and for
some reason my horn doesn't want to
work. I was googling some information on
it and believe that it could be over the fact
that the odometer has the airbag light on,
can these two problems really be related
and what can I do to fix them, also can you
pass inspection in Massachusetts with no
horn? I'm sure I can't pass it with the
airbag light on

The horn maybe will pass but the air bag, no way will you pass.. the horn not working would have nothing to do with it...

you should check the steering wheel its likely some one removed it at some point to fix something and never reconnected the air bag and horn plug.
