If I add a turbo kit to my 1993 Honda Civic del Slow Si (manual), what other modifications would I need to make?

Asked by Kris Apr 21, 2015 at 06:12 AM about the 1993 Honda Civic del Sol 2 Dr Si Coupe

Question type: Car Customization

Since the car has 145K and no resale
value, all I want is to keep it and get
a little more pep out of it.

A turbo will put a lot of stress on an engine- the factory makes beefed up engines to handle the extra power- how many engines have been blown because owners thought that it would be easy to just "add a turbo"? Also, you are wrong that the Del Sol has no resale value- unless it is wrecked, these are very popular little cars-
