my 2001 audi a4 1.8t cranks over but won't start

I have an audi a4 1.8t it cranks over but won't start.
I replaced the head gasket on it and I also did a
turbo upgrade to a k04 I don't know if that would
have anything to do with it. I did get to start once it
ran for a 1 min or 2 then it died and now it will just
crank over but not start.
