Does the IMV assume all service is up-to date? Would that price be negotiable?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I'm selling a 2004 Audi TT 3.2 Quatro S-Line.  Sweet car with 104,500 miles.  I have not done the 100k service.  Your IMV is $9000.  Should I be ready to negotiate for getting th $100K done?  What would you consider a fair price for this vehicle with this being considered?

IMV is based on prices from other ads and only takes in year and miles as a basis. Nothing about upkeep, etc.

So this is based on advertised price, not necessarily sales price, correct? ie, a $9000 imv could still be negotiated? Thanks Dan
