I've had the same issue in the past with my 94 k2500, those 5.7 TBI engines have some jacked up wiring, have you checked your ignition system, have you recently removed your distributor?

If you said u have spark at the plugs and fuel in the injector, try spraying quick start just to see if it will run for a bit, if it does, maybe ur fuel is contaminated. If it still doesn't run, check timing. If timing is ok, do a compression check

The truck had been running rough and then all of a sudden died. I pulled every plug wire and I have spark at each cylinder and can see fuel spraying into the " Carb" but still no fire. I too thought a timing issue but the rotor is lined up with the #1 plug wire when the #1 cylinder is at TDC. I don't know much about the ignition system. Is there a MAP sensor or something like one? And no I haven't move the distributor. Thanks

Yes, there's a MAP sensor, it's located right left of the carburetor when you remove the air filter cover. Here's a link to a video https://youtu.be/4WyILsH4_pk

Check the TBI base gasket. Mine was so deteriorated it was letting too much air threw. Also then check the fuel pressure. It should be 9 to 13 lbs. May be a week fuel pump, but the fuel regulator in the TBI need rebuilding as the spring get weak. There are repair kits for this. Other wise check the compression. May want to do that first.
