The truck will go long distance going 35
miles an hour.

I have replaced exhaust from headers back,
new o2 censor, fuel filter, fuel pump, cap,
rotor, plugs, wires, water pump, fan clutch,
temp censor (it was over heating),
thermostat, fuel pump relay.

What the heck is my trucks issue??

The truck only does this going 65 or 75 miles and hour and after 10 or so miles down the road. It's like when it warms up it doesn't like the speed and rpms jump tranny engages and disengages. Then it just dies
