2004 1.8T dash control questions

Asked by Kato Jul 26, 2015 at 07:48 PM about the 2004 Audi A4 1.8T quattro Sedan AWD

Question type: General

Can someone please tell me what the little knob to the right of the light switch is for?
It has an image of a clock next to it and has 1 and 0 as the only choices.  I just
bought this car and this control is not mentioned in the owner's manual. My car has a
6-speed manual transmission and the light switch has an Auto selection on it if that
helps.

Thanks.

The dial is for diming the lights in your car. Push the dial up and down and your enterior lights will dim for you.
