Maybe a weird question. In need of legal advice

so you got a bad horse in the deal and now the horse trader left town- it is a story as old as people have had horses- when you buy a used car, there is no warranty- and a dealer will have a sticker on the window that says that, up front- PEOPLE BE CAREFUL! when buying a used car- if you get a bad one, intentionally or unintentionally on the part of the seller, the deal is done, and you will be stuck with what you bought- if there is a question about the horse's condition, have a good horse doctor look the animal over BEFORE you hand over the money- it is like this because when someone sells a car, they may not know what is ready to go out- and can not always be held responsible for every little thing- or they would go out of business- but this leaves it wide open for CROOKS who DO know they are selling junk- no difference to the buyer, you are still left holding JUNK- the real problem is that the nature of the beast (the automobile) is that it is a machine that will wear out and have problems- and horses will just up and die- this is the game- be more careful next time- sorry-

Most cars as stated above that are used, has a "As is" notice on it. if it is through a dealer. You can go through small claims for the cost of repairs, or if the court will allow, return of the truck and a full refund. You can hire an attorney or pay for advice, but you problem more than not can be fixed for far less cost of going to court or paying an attorney for advice. Let the buyer beware. We've all been there and done that, so don't feel bad.
