sure as long as its from the same model vehicle the only differnce you might see is the gear ratio

one the car door there should be the trim sticker which has a code for the axle ratio and the diff should have a metal tag eith the ratio, if the ratios are different the speedometer will need to be racalibrated

it should work as long as the splines from the old drive shaft match up to the new tranny and vice versa.

If it's for a T-Bird SC, all rear ends are the same for automatic and manual transmissions.
