Not Sure what to Do Next

I have a 2003 GMC Sierra. It wouldn't start so I replaced the battery posts and
it still wont start. When I turn the key all the lights come on so its nit the
battery. I just dont know what to do next.

You'll have to be a little more descriptive of your problem. When you turn the key does the engine crank? Does it crank but not start? Or does it not crank at all?
