truck was starving for gas for 3 miles then died

Hi plz help i changed fuel pump 3 months
ago truck runs fine when its cold i start it it
runs rough till it warms up then its fine.
Today i was leaving work i started fine i
drove about a mile and it was like it was
starving for gas i hit the pedal it would want
to die out i could barley hit gas drove about
3 miles then it died and would start then die
immediatly while i sat with it i left it for 3
hours went back dragged it home now it just
trys to start but wont at all some say ignition
switch some say crank sensor any ideas

did you ck fuel presure. when you changed the pump did you change filter on the pump also.
