Need help

I own a 98 gmc c 1500 with a vortec v6 4.3 engine .
It has 2 codes p0144 bank3 sensor 1 o2
sensor.and p0302 cylinder 2 misfire.  It starts and
runs intermittently. Any time I turn it off it's a roll of
the dice if it starts again. Problem is getting worse.  
What should I be looking at as the culprit.

The engine runs great half the time starts up right away and sometimes it cranks and dosnt turn over. I just re did spark plugs and wires the problem was present before I did that.
