Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 97 GMC c1500. When eather of the
turn signals are on gss gage tick with them.
When head lights are on rear turn signals will
not work. Also gas gage read full all the time
, that is when it is'n spin around and around.    
I have look under dash and do not see
anything out of the norm, also checked fuse
box all normal there too.
