My 97 GMC pickup losing power

I was hoping maybe you could help my 97 GMC
pickup has a 5.7 it runs fine when it's idling and
goes fine as long as I give it gas slowly I can give
it as much gas as I want as long as I don't give it
gas too fast because if I do it bogs rite down like
it's starving for gas but it has a new fuel pump and
a new fuel filter and new cap wires and plugs
please tell me you've seen this problem before the
truck idles perfect and runs good when its in
neutral you can give it gas as long as you don't
kick it down

Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure before you replaced anything? Can you check if the system is running rich or lean? Check for blockage of some kind, fuel--air--exhaust. Can you check applicable trouble codes? Some of the national brand auto stores will check codes for free, if there are any.
