My trucks misfires when I drive it

If the CEL is on have the trouble codes read. Not sure if your engine is OBD1 or 2. You may just need a tuneup.

Obd 1 I take off and it spits and spuders sounds like it's missing but when I hammer it it tries too snap out of it

also ,try and start it in the dark and look for a spark/bad wire/spark plug and check the dist.cap for a crack and the rotor....

Maybe a fuel delivery problem. Look up how to read OBD1 codes and see what codes are set.

Missing under load sounds like an ignition issue. Start with a full tuneup and filter change.
