Driveshaft shake

I have a 95 GMC k1500 4x4 5 speed when I'm
driving and let off the gas the driveshaft shakes
back and forth so bad it broke my u joint it usually
does this 3 or 4 times then stops till you let off the
gas again any ideas I've been to garages and
nobody knows what is wrong

Is the truck lifted or modified in any way? Has anyone measured the driveline pinion angle? Has anybody checked the transmission output yoke for wear?
