Bad gas mileage rough idle

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Yeah I put a new engine in my truck it's a V6 with
the throttle body I've replaced every thought our
body the coil the distributor the EGR valve the
cylinder head to the EGR valve has new plugs wires
I've replaced the computer module map sensor the
fuel pump and the fuel filter and it still has a rough
idle and I only get about 8 miles to gallon and I'm
running a V6 4.3 it's got me stumped and the
mechanic that's helping me on it I was wondering if
you could suggest a few things that I could try

I put a body to engine ground clamp I sprayed through the throttle body into the intake throttle cleaner I checked all the vacuum lines and even spraying a cleaner arm does not change it to where it's sucking in air is there anything else you might suggest to me thank you rod
