Question type: Maintenance & Repair

hey good morning all, so i have a 92gmc c1500 4.3l that i let sit for some
time(9mos), recently i put some work into getting her going, i had to replace
master cylinder for clutch, rotor and cap, fuel filter, and obviously a battery.
removed all bad gas(as much as i could) filled up with 9 gallons of 89 and
some sea foam.when i go to start it truck it won't idle on its own(i have to keep
feathering throttle) until it gets warmed up(10mins or so) but even after idling
for a time if i floor the gas pedal to rev it up, the truck darn near stalls out. if i
slowly increase throttle its okayish but i notice a lot of loss of power in every
gear if i try to get on it. so to try to fix it i replaced o2 sensor two days ago and
successfully cleared 44code. where should i go from here? pcv?

not everyone at once.it was the egr valve. when i pulled the hose and compressed the baffle and held my finger on the nipple it still moved.
