98 GMC rally van

Have a 98 GMC rally van died out while driving and
lost headlights at the same time blinkers and
hazards work just fine. Ignition key switch seems
to be ok. Have no electrical power and lights will
not come on engine cranks fine. Can't find a
fusible link.
