LOOKS LIKE CABLE BROKE LOSE AND NOTTED AROUND MOTOR CANT GET LOOSE

You might be best putting in a whole new assembly. They run about $40 used on eBay--- to $100 new from PartsGeek.com, up to $300 from dealer. Getting that cable untangled is virtually impossible/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PS20sLgUEbI
