I have a GMC Envoy XL SLT. Bought two years ago
with 160,000miles on it..It now has 205,000..My
husband is a certified mechanic ( thank you Lord)
my transmission is going bad. I work for a
Automotive Shop..Found a Used Transmission with
90 day Warranty at Howells Auto Parts on
Normandy Blvd ( Jax, FL) for $650

Nothing yet, lol..Husband will be putting it in this weekend but my point was that there are shops that don't charge $3,000 to get the part & install. I am blessed to only have to purchase the parts but just for those who are not shop around.. Dealership's charge way too much
