03 gmc envoy misfire problem NEED HELP

My 03 envoy xl has a service engine soon light on
constantly. (Flashes while I drive) I changed all the
plugs and the 1 coil pack that said it was going
out. Ive changed the fuel filter. But the car still
shakes, feels like its taking off slower. Any ideas?

Blinking engine light is not good. This is a warning that you will ruin your catalytic converter if you keep driving. Big $$$$. Have your code read and go from there

How old are spark plugs? Cylinder #4 misfire. Switch coil on #4 with another cylinder and clear codes and then see if misfire moves to where you moved the coil. If so bad coil. Replace coil.
