the thing above the oil filter looks like a lil box oil comes out a tube i dont know

It is either a Engine Oil Level Sensor, or a Oil Pressure Sending Unit. The box may be just a cover over the sensor. Definitely needs to be replace. Keep an eye on the oil level until it is fixed.
