turns over fast  havs gas , has spark write to the plugs, does not start not even a kick
removed plugs made sure not fluded Help

would it not try to start or back fire it out off time? it is like when you try to start a car with a kill switch

if its a little out of time sometimes they will start and run bad. a little more out of time they will try to start spit and sputter and what not. alot out of time. like it something is broken then no it will not try to start it will just spin fast.
