all my instryment panel lights are blown and need to be changed. how do i get to them

ALL? I suspect the chassis ground off of the battery is corroded~ get a new battery and new cables (to the ground)~are needed~

Be sure to check the fuse if all lights are out first. Check the headlight switch if it dims the panel lights, Turned all the way down or part of the switch is inop or wiring loose/broken or you have a bad ground.
