Engine Stop Running And It Would Not Start Running Again where do i look?

came to a stop at red light and van shut off will not restart. does not seem to have pressure at gas peddle or that fuel is reaching

turn the key to the 'on' position...not 'start' yet....is the fuel pump motor turning, distributing fuel pressure, if not would test the fuel pump and relay~
