Not starting

1991 Ford ranger 3.0l xlt.i replaced
the ignition coil and ignition control
module and it started and ran.then
it cut off again now want start
again.this time the check engine
light came on.noone have the part
to hook to computer and read it.it
didn't flash code it was just
constantly on

If you can plug in a scanner and erase the codes and see if it runs? If so you have a code in there that will prevent it from running. Sometimes it does this so the engine will not get damaged. You can also check the fuel pump or fuse or fuel emergency shut off. Hope one of those helps

Also check the fuel emergency shut off or the fuse. Goofy Ford ghosts, a bump here or power surge there.... Depending on miles check the fuel pump too.

I sprayed stater fluid in it still want start . shouldn't that tell me it's not fuel it's the fire

I know the fuel emergency switch is supposed to be on passenger side under dash but can't find.and when I depress the valve on fuel rail fuel comes out.
