Idle Air Control Valve. It a small silver cylinder attached to the throttle body housing or upper intake. It gets full of carbon over time and your cars idle hunts up and down. Remove it carefully, two bolts. so you can reuse the gasket, A good cleaning with throttle body cleaner sometimes helps. Check online or youtube for a picture or video.
