Does Grand Caravan SXT come with luggage Racks as standard equipment?

I have the 2 long rails on top of the my Dodge Grand Caravan SXT in place on top of the Van. Am I supposed to also have the cross bars that go the width of the van also? Or are these crossbars optional equipment?

I believe that these are part of the "roof rack" option that comes standard on the SXT. You may want to check with your dealer, and get these crossbars back.
