I have a fix for that, it fixed the same issue with my 2002 dodge grand caravan this afternoon, sorta fixed it accidentally lol, try turning the ac off when ignition is on from the power button and then turn it on quickly at the same time that you turn the key to turn the engine on or 1 millisecond before turning the engine on.
