Asked by Aimeehe Oct 19, 2016 at 07:29 PM about the 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 02 grand caravan won't start. When I turn
the key, it either won't turn over or turns over
a couple rotations then quits.

Check battery voltage, should be minimum 12.4vdc If voltage is good, check your battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight

It clicks when I try to start it and sometimes that's it and sometimes it turns over a few times then dies.

I charged battery, changed map sensor and finally got it to start. Then as soon as I put it in drive or reverse it dies. Help! I'm outta ideas
