how do i pull the aux heater lines to the back heater. this will be the lines from the front dash heater core to the back one. 2002 grand caravan

does anyone know how to pull the heater lines from the front dash to the back heater core?  i have disconnected them at the fire wall but cant pull the tubes up the fire wall from the bottom of the car
