Overheating

Asked by Jul 23, 2017 at 08:01 AM about the 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan 4 Dr SE Passenger Van Extended

Question type: General

I have a 2000 dodge grandcaravan.
It keeps overheating pretty badly. I
thought it was in the radiator so I put
in some stop-leak. It has gotten
worse since then. I can't pinpoint
where the leak is coming from.
Please help.

Borrow/rent a coolant pressure tester from your local auto parts store, it puts pressure on the system to force coolant out the area where it is leaking. Check all hoses, water pump, radiator, etc.
