Pt cruiser vent to defrost part

Does anyone know what this part is? My switch wont go
from vent to defrost when i turn it. I figured out this piece is
broken but cant figure out what part it is?

It appears to be top part of actuator door? See if you can remove it, show the part to auto store or dealership.
