No codes, I’m dealing with the same thing with my 03’ PT, I have replaced everything and the car will not start, the 10 flashing engine lights is all I get, no codes. Anyone know what this could be

My cel is on too in my 2001 abd just had a bew trans put in it plus all of the of the belts changed and the water pump housing still having trouble with my cel flashing
