I bought this car with the drivers side door smashed in. I was wondering how much a new
door would cost me.

$150 to 250 for a door from an auto salvage yard. Call around, there are some that will even install it for you. I hunted around and found one to replace a dented door on one of my cars that was the same factory color as my car just to save a little money on having to paint it. You can transfer over your old doors interior trim panel to keep everything matching.
