lost key fob. . .when using key the alarm will go off. . .

Key in the ignition and turn the key so that the battery is on, but the engine doesn't start. Push and hold in the override button (under the drivers side on the black box) until you hear the alarm sound once, alarm is disabled

I do not see a black box. I have looked for this several times!
