What's the best winter tires for a Toyota Prius?

I live in New England and after last winter I want to make sure I'm getting quality tires. I
travel a lot for work.

If they are allowed studded snow tires are your best bet ! Buy 4 tires and stud them ! If not I use Blizzak or Goodyear Ultragrip!
