Have you checked all the fuses, under dash and hood? If those check okay, see if there is an inline fuse or fusible link that went out to the radio or dash

You tripped the security system by removing the radio ! Was the key in the on position at any time while you were changing out the radio ? If so you may have damaged the PCM !

Reset the system, disconnect pos cable wait 10 min hook pos wire back up, now lock all doors and lock unlock driver door or input code if you have the option, now get inside should have security light flashing fast when key is on which means now it's time to program the key, cycle key to off and run without cranking engine over till doors lock and unlock now remove key for 3 minutes keep.away from ignition and then place key in ignition turn to run wait about 30 seconds then turn off and then try starting you car. I used to work for a Ford dealer ship and actually yes you can bypass the pats simulate a front end wreck
