Try this: lock all the doors but the drivers door manually from the inside, with key in hand close and then lock the drivers door with the key, when the dome light goes out wait at least a minute then using the key again unlock the drivers door and attempt to start the engine. If it works then your good to go, if it doesn't then you will need the system reprogrammed. It should not cost 200 bucks for a diagnostic check even at a dealer, in my area it is running about a hundred bucks at a dealership. There is a dangerous practice that seems to be gaining traction at dealerships, they are guessing on what is wrong after the diagnostics based on past repairs and are putting that in the estimate, it's often not right and can windup costing you a lot more money. If you in an area that has a really smart locksmith they have the tools to reset the computer, plus it is not as expensive as the dealership. HTH

thanks i towed it cos i called my insurance to the dealership...they told they will work on it on monday but i am not willing to spend that ...tho the dealership set its not the keys..that the car thought it was stolen....also i am in marshall mn dont know of any locksmith

Bummer looks like your stuck with the dealer then if the shut down procedure don't work.
