New plugs and wires no sigh of fould coils. And only code is battery over charge please help

Spits Spots and sputers will run fine after 5
minutes or so of sputtering. But when shut off and
restarted it sputter again. New plugs and wires and
only code is battery over charge. Thanks for the
help

Your alternator probably needs to be replaced but I doubt it has anything to do with the rough running.
