Is thier a fuse for the blower motor. Blower motor on operates on High

blower motor operates on High only. if it works on High does that mean that the
blower motor is GOOD. Is their a fuse for the blower motor ? I have replaced
the Blower Motor Resister .

I think you blew the new resistor. It is best to replace them with the power off.
