I have a 2006 Ford Focus zx3 and where my rack and pinion attaches to the frame those two bolts holding onto frame are broken. I don't know how to get them out. I have tried drilling a hole and using

A extractor with no luck. There would
be a hole straight thru frame if bolts
where out. Seems as if there in a metal
sleeve. HELP!!!

Assuming the bolts thread into the frame with no nuts used, you must use a very good drill and bits and then get the proper size EASY-OUT tool. Use proper grade bolts for the new install. Good luck.
