Car sputters at start up

At start up, my car sputters and acts like it
wants to die, after about 2-3minutes it clears
and runs fine. Also when the fan kicks on it
starts to sputter.. I have replaced the fuel
filter and pump. Please help

Maybe try new plugs? Depends on how many miles are on the ones in it now but I know my shit did that but it was during idle at an intersection or something.
