Could be that your thermostat is sticking shut, but either way if your fan isn't working it needs to be replaced as your car will continue to overheat. The reason why you've got cooling fluid leaking as because of overheating.

Ok that's what I was thinking...it's bubbling cause of overheating too...yesterday the liquid coming looked almost like it had rust in it..it was a light orange color....what could that be??
The color of the cooling fluid can vary. Some are orange, some blue, red etc. It might also be the fact that your car wan't running on cooling fluid but plain water and that would cause the cooling system to rust.

Yes I have been using water for about 2-3 months now...should I stop using water??
Water is not the best option as it doesn't have a higher boiling point or rust inhibitors that you will find in cooling fluid / antifreeze. Certainly would need replacing.

OK..I'LL TRY CUTTING OUT WATER FOR WHILE...THEN WORK ON THAT FAN ISSUE...HOPEFULLY THE WATER WILL HELP IT NOT TO GET SO HOT SO FAST (THAT'S BASICALLY WHAT'S HAPPENING??)
