well there is a little goodie known as a "shroeder" valve just like the beloved Peanuts piano player...it is the same valve that your tires have on them...this is the low-side of the A/C (big tubes)...there is a filter/dryer and sightglass near there....tire lookin' valve...that's the one~ fill to 23psi? (am new to this re-fill it business, but know that overfilling can make it ice over)

The valve is located behind the power steering fluid resviour. Best to take a flash light so you can see if first than stuff your hand in there to get it. Its a pain for sure and you will want the engine to be cold you will burn yourself if it has been running.

But as stated just adding refridgerant wont ensure cold air. It needs the correct level and is best to be done at a shop with the correct equipment. If it is low i would bet the farm the a/c compressor is leaking. Have done a bunch they pretty much all leak.
