you are going to have to be a bit more specific. what "wont work". does the engine not run, tranny problems, what. If the 99 parts were good, the it is possible that the computer in the 03 isn't compatible with the 99 parts. you may have to do some research and find out if the computer is compatible.
I have the 99 harness connect only it won't connect at the trans.
