Battery is good , fuses are good

electrical issue called a short to ground. Check the battery cables first. If those are good, then you need to diagnose where the short is. Take some automotive electrical knowledge and the right tools to find it. You might be looking at having the vehicle towed to your nearest garage for diagnosis.
