electric drivers side window

window will only go down 2 inches, What may be problem?

Probably a bad window motor or window motor gear. You will need to take off the door panel and check it out.

Place your palm on top of the window when it is down the two inches. Push DOWN slightly while using the button on the interior of the door. If it begins to go down with a little assistance from your palm, change the motor. Just make sure you push the down button and not the up one.
